Terms and Conditions

Ordering:

All orders must be placed online via this website and because we are a small company we are only supplying to UK residents but arrangements can be made for overseas.

When you place an order for a product you are offering to buy it for the price stated, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

When you place your order you will be sent an email to confirm that we have received it. These email confirmations are produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to fulfil that order. You order will be processed the next working day if the order is placed later than 21:00.

We may change or discontinue the availability of products at any time at our sole discretion. If an order is cancelled for whatever reason, you will be notified via email and any payment made for the product(s) will be refunded in full. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

All new orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually.

Price

All prices quoted on our site are in UK pounds.

We try to ensure that the prices on our site are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing of the product(s) in your order we will inform you as soon as possible using the email address that you have supplied us. You will have the option to re-confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to reach you the order will be cancelled. If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the product(s) will be refunded in full.

Delivery charges are included in the prices shown.

Payment

Payment must be made at point of ordering.

All payments are to be made via PayPal. If you wish to create an account use the link at the top of every gallery page.

PayPal accepts all major credit and debit cards.

PayPal provide 100% protection throughout any transaction.

Product Availability

We always try to keep our stock figures as up to date as possible but cannot guarantee that all products are always available. If we cannot supply a product that you have ordered you will be notified via email and we will refund or re-credit your account with the amount debited by us.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will gladly refund you your money back within 28 days of purchase. Please contact us to arrange for the item to be sent back. You can find the details in the 'contact us' page.
